We offer a 7-day easy return policy. Record an unboxing video when you open the parcel, keep the product intact without any physical or water damage, and share video proof if you received a wrong or non-working product. If these conditions are met, we refund 100% of your amount within 7 days of receiving the return.

All laptops come with a 1-year warranty, except Apple products. For Apple products you can choose a 1-month or 1-year warranty option at checkout.

Orders are shipped within 24–48 hours and delivery usually takes 3–6 working days depending on your location. Every laptop is packed in shock-proof packaging to avoid damage during transit.

We sell company-refurbished / renewed business laptops that are more durable than regular consumer laptops. Every unit passes strict quality checks, full hardware diagnostics and performance testing — brand-level quality at a budget price.

To prevent fake orders and ensure faster delivery, we don't offer full COD. Instead, you pay ₹95 (non-refundable) to confirm your order and the remaining amount as Cash on Delivery. The best part: ₹95 is deducted from your final bill, so you pay less on delivery — and your order gets priority dispatch.
